Q: Will I need to provide blueprints?


A: While it is easier to work with your property’s blueprints, they are not required for us to provide you with an estimate for your innplement™ room design.

Q: Do I need a PIP – Property Improvement Plan?


A: For franchised hotels or Brand Conversions, yes, a PIP is required for us to proceed with an estimate. If there are no franchise requirements then we can help prepare a PIP report as a consultant.

Q: Does innplement™ include installation/construction services?


A: No. An innplement™ order includes purchasing and logistics until the very last room.

We bring nearly 30 years of combined leadership experience in the hospitality industry to each renovation. This experience has enabled us to fine tune the process and we prepare a precise shipping schedule for each hotel. Q: Can I change any of the items in the model room?


A: You can mix and match any items within the 15 model room schemes. However, if you prefer to change any item with a spec that is outside of the innplement™ model room scope, then we are unable to guarantee the 8 week lead time and the project becomes a custom job with a different schedule and price.

Q: Does the renovation take 8 weeks?


A: No, the full renovation process depends on the number of rooms in your hotel and the scope of renovation. The lead-time is 8 weeks, which means that you can streamline your planning to get started on your renovation with more flexibility.

Q: How do the logistics work?


A: An innplement™ renovation includes a shipping schedule and a room turnover schedule that has been proven with firsthand experience for nearly 15 years.

This schedule is executed with precision, from our very own customized software program called SPOTS: Sales and Purchase Order Tracking System. This is more than a scheduling tool; it is a revolutionary communication tool that provides real-time access for vendors and hotel owners in an instant. Q: How do I order an innplement™ room design?


A: We have a Sales team ready to walk you through the process of ensuring that our innplement™ room designs are a fit in your hotel. If you are doing a Brand Conversion, we require a PIP Analysis from your Brand in order to provide you with an estimate, which will include on-site space planning.
